Day 1: Kom Ombo and Edfu Exploration
Your full-day historical adventure starts with a morning pick-up from your hotel in Aswan. You will travel comfortably in an air-conditioned vehicle to the unique Temple of Kom Ombo, which stands on a picturesque bend of the Nile. This dual-dedicated temple honors both Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon-headed god. Afterward, you will visit the fascinating Crocodile Museum nearby. We then continue our drive to the city of Edfu to explore the magnificent Temple of Horus. As one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt, Edfu offers incredible insight into ancient Ptolemaic architecture and mythology. Following your comprehensive guided tour, you will be driven back to Aswan or optionally dropped off in Luxor to continue your Egyptian journey.
