Introducing the Al Hambra Nile Cruise, setting sail in April 2010 and revolutionizing the Nile cruising. Elevating standards, our ship boasts unparalleled 31-square-meter suites and a sprawling 6-square-meter bathroom – a pinnacle in the industry. A pioneering concept, we proudly feature a two-floor full-service spa with an indoor pool and exclusive amenities. Crafted with distinction, the M/S Al Hambra caters to dignitaries and discerning guests seeking a fresh perspective on Nile luxury. With opulent, extra-large suites, it beckons VIPs and first-class travelers to embark on an unmatched journey through Luxor and Aswan. Redefine your Nile cruise experience with the epitome of indulgence aboard Al Hambra.
Space is the reason to choose Al Hambra. Its 31 sq m cabins are among the largest in our Luxury collection – roomier than MS Tosca and Nile Serenity at 30 sq m, and noticeably bigger than the 25 sq m rooms on MS Alexander the Great. After a 6 a.m. start at the Valley of the Kings, that extra floor space is something you feel.
The ship keeps things simple on four decks, with a pool and a spa rather than a long list of extras. It was built or refurbished in 2010, so it is far from the oldest hull on the river, and its $560 starting fare sits well below the $690 you would pay for the other large-cabin Luxury ships. Departures run on Thursdays from Luxor and Mondays from Aswan.
| Ship | Category | Cabins | Cabin size | From price | Facilities |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Al Hambra Nile Cruise | Luxury | On request | 31 sq m | $560 | Pool, Spa |
| MS Alexander The Great Nile Cruise | Luxury | 30 | 25 sq m | $560 | Pool, Spa |
| MS Tosca Luxury Nile Cruise | Luxury | 42 | 30 sq m | $690 | Pool, Spa, Gym, Jacuzzi |
| Nile Serenity Luxury Cruise | Luxury | 40 | 30 sq m | $690 | Pool, Spa, Jacuzzi |
Al Hambra gives you the biggest cabin for the money here; pick MS Tosca only if a gym and Jacuzzi are worth the extra $130 to you.
