Day 1: Flight to Cairo & Pyramids and Museum Tour
You will be transferred from your hotel in Luxor to the airport for a short flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, your private Egyptologist guide will greet you and take you to the Giza Plateau to marvel at the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. Get up close to the iconic Sphinx and the Valley Temple. After a delicious local lunch, proceed to the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square, home to an incredible collection of ancient artifacts, including the golden treasures of King Tutankhamun. After a full day of exploration, you will be transferred back to Cairo airport for your flight back to Luxor, where you will be escorted back to your hotel.
